पत्नि सुस्माको निधनपछि शोकविह्वल गिरिजा छोरी सुजातासँग

००७ सालपछिको घटना हो । नोना भाउजूहरूले विराटनगरमा नारी जागृति स्कुल खोल्नुभएको थियो, जो पनि बालिका विद्यालयमा परिणत भयो । त्यस विद्यालयको शिलान्यास राजा त्रिभुवनले गर्नुभएको थियो । तर, महिला शिक्षिका कहाँ पाउनु ? त्यत्तिकैमा भाउजूले वनारसमा सम्पर्क गर्नुभयो र सुशीला नाम गरेकी एक शिक्षिका झिकाउनुभयो । पढेलेखेकी थिइन्, बनारस हिन्दू विश्वविद्यालयबाट बीए, बीटी गरेकी । उनी हामीसँगसँगै कोइराला निवासमै बसिन् ।

यत्तिकैमा ००८ सालतिर हुनुपर्छ, गिरिजाका लागि विराटनगरतिरकै एउटी केटीको प्रस्ताव लिएर म घर गएँ । आमाले भन्नुभयो, "जति सम्झाउँदा पनि मानेन । ऊ त सुशीलालाई टिपेर कोलकातातिर लाग्यो ।" म छक्क परेँ । आमाले नै बताउनुभयो, "बीपीले राजनीतिक आदि कारण देखाउँदै थियो, मैले त सोझै हुँदैन भन्दिएँ । तारणिको पनि यसमा समर्थन थिएन ।" तर, कोसु -केशवप्रसाद कोइराला र नोना भाउजूले हुन्छ भन्दिनू भएछ । दाजुभाउजू शेखरलाई लिएरै कोलकाता जानुभएछ । त्यहीँ उहाँहरूले गिरिजाको विवाह गरेर पछि विराटनगरमा भोज दिनुभएको थियो ।

बिहे गरसिकेपछि सुशीलाको नामलाई लिएर घरमा आपतै पर्‍यो । अब हाम्रो घरमा दुई जना सुशीला भए, बीपीपत्नी र गिरिजापत्नी । कसलाई कसरी बोलाउने ! अनि, आमाले नै सबैको रायसल्लाह लिएर उनको नाम सुष्मा राखिदिनुभयो । यसरी उनी सुशीलाबाट सुष्मा भइन् । ०१० सालमा उनले सुजातालाई जन्म दिइन् । त्यतिखेर डाक्टर शान्ति बनर्जीले कोइराला निवासमै आएर उनलाई सुत्केरी गराएकी थिइन् ।

०२४ सालको घटना हो । सुष्माकी दिदी पनि विराटनगरमै बस्िथन् । उनी पनि हामीसँगै बालिका विद्यालयमा पढाउँथिन् । स्कुलमा पकवानसम्बन्धी तालिम पनि दिन्थिन् । त्यत्तिकैमा अचानक एउटा दुर्घटना भयो । त्यसबेला भर्खरभर्खर फ्रिज आकारको मट्टीतेल हिटर आएको थियो । सायद चलाउनमै कुनै गडबडी भएर होला, मट्टीतेल बाहिर निस्केर एक्कासि आगो लाग्यो । सुष्माकी दिदी त्यो आगोको लपेटामा परनि् । दिदीलाई बचाउने कोसिस गर्दा सुष्मा पनि जलिन् ।

सुष्मालाई पछाडिको ढाडमा आगोको लप्काले गहिरो चोट पुर्‍याएको थियो । म तत्काल स्कुलबाट उनलाई हेर्न त्यहाँ पुगेँ । सुष्मा आफ्नोभन्दा पनि दिदीको अवस्थाले ज्यादै चिन्तित थिइन् । दुवैलाई अस्पताल पुर्‍याइयो । अस्पताल पुर्‍याउनासाथ उनकी दिदीको मृत्यु भयो । सुष्माको उपचार जारी रह्यो । अहोरात्र खट्दा पनि डाक्टरहरूको केही सीप लागेन । त्यसपछि भारतबाट डाक्टर झिकाएर पनि उपचार गराइयो । नौ दिनको उपचारपश्चात् उनको पनि अस्पतालमै निधन भयो । यसरी, ज्यादै माया गर्ने बुहारी, साथी र परिवारको सदस्य गुमाउनुको पीडा मैले बेहोरेँ ।

त्यसपछि मैले एक वर्षजति त्यही स्कुलमा पढाएँ । तर,सुष्माको सम्झनाले मलाई ज्यादै सताउन थाल्यो । स्कुलमा जानै मन लाग्न छोड्यो । अनि, मैले जागिर नै छोड्नु बेस ठानेँ । ०२५ सालको अन्त्यतिरबाट पढाउन छोडेँ । स्कुल भन्ने शब्द सम्झिनासाथ सुष्मासँगका ती दिनहरू झलझली सम्झनामा आउँछन् ।

के तपाईंलाई थाहा छ, नेपालको ध्वजावाहक कहलिएको नेपाल वायुसेवा निगम (साविकको शानेवानि) र थाइल्यान्डको थाई एयरवेजको जन्म एकै सालमा भएको हो र दुवै एकै दामलका हुन् भन्ने? धेरै पाठकलाई अवश्य थाहा हुनुपर्छ, यद्यपि त्यसबारे वास्ता भने नहुन सक्छ।

झ्ट्ट सुन्दा अपत्यारिलो लाग्छ,तर यी दुवै वायुसेवा कम्पनीको स्थापना एउटै सालमा भएको हो। हिसाब गरेर हेर्ने हो भने दुवैको उमेरले ५० काटिसकेको निकै भयो। स्वर्ण जयन्ती मनाइसकेका यी दुवै वायुसेवा कम्पनीहरूको रेकर्ड कस्तो रह्यो त यतिका वर्षमा?

त्यो जगजाहेर छ। एउटा खन्तीखलास भयो र अर्को चाहिँ धनधान्य। खन्तीखलास हुने आफ्नै देशको ध्वजावाहक भइखाएको वायुसेवा निगम पर्यो,जसले शाही नाम बोकेर एकताका निकै राजकीय ठाँट गरिटोपलेको थियो। धनधान्य हुनेमा पर्योख थाई एयरवेज जसको उन्नति र प्रगतिको कुरा गरिसाध्ये छैन।

थाई एयरवेज तन्दुरुस्त र हृष्टपुष्ट छ। नागरिक उड्डयनको क्षेत्रमा उसको नाम र प्रतिष्ठा छ। गनिनसक्नु जहाज थुपारेर आफ्नो पखेटा फैल्याएको फैल्याएकै छ। काठमाडौंमा नै ब्याङ्ककबाट उसको ठूलो जहाजले दिनहुँ उडान भर्छ र सधैं टन्न प्यासेन्जर बोकेर उड्छ।

त्यससित हाम्रो आफ्नो पिन्चे, पिलपिले, पिलन्धरे राष्ट्रिय वायुसेवाको कुनै तुलना नै हुन सक्तैन। उमेर चपाएर के गर्नु! यो त कुपोषणले ग्रस्त बाउन्ने जस्तो छ, जहिले हेरे पनि जत्राको तत्रै। भुईँ कहिल्यै नछाड्ने, मरन्च्याँसे।

यसको यो दुर्गति हुनुमा यसका रक्षकहरू जिम्मेवार छन् जो रक्षकका रूपमा भक्षक निस्के। पहिले राजदरबार र त्यसका चाकरहरूले मोज गरे, पछि आएर पार्टी दरबारका अनुचरहरूले। के मात्रै गर्न बाँकी राखे उनीहरूले?

जहाज खरिद गर्दा खाए। जहाज भाडामा लिँदा खाए। जहाज बिक्री गर्दा खाए। जहाज मरम्मत गर्दा खाए। जहाज उडाउँदा खाए। जहाज थन्क्याउँदा खाए। पाटपुर्जा झ्िकाउँदा खाए। फर्जी बिल बनाएर खाए। बिनासित्तैँ विदेशमा सयर गरेर खाए। एजेन्ट बनाउँदा खाए। एजेन्ट हटाउँदा खाए। आफ्ना अनुचरहरूलाई टपक्क टिपेर थपक्क अध्यक्ष र महाप्रबन्धक बनाएर खाए। जति आए सबैले निगमलाई भण्डारा बनाएर खाए।

धेरैले यसबाट मह काढे। बहती गङ्गामा हात धोए। घुम्ने मेचमाथि बसेर खुट्टा घुमाए। कसैले सोचेनन् आजको जमानामा एउटा अन्तर्राष्ट्रियस्तरको वायुसेवा चलाउनलाई रहर र चाकरीकलाले मात्र पुग्दैन भनेर।

ती सबै दुष्कर्मको नतिजा हो आजको नेपाल वायुसेवा निगम जो मरिलानु न गरिखानुको अवस्थामा छ। आज हो कि भोलि भने जस्तो छ।

तर त्यही घाटे-वैद्य बोलाउनुपर्ने हालतको वायुसेवाको स्वाङ भने हेर्नोस् न को नि कति हो वार्षिकोत्सवमा निबन्ध प्रतियोगिता गर्ने भएको छ। के भनेर लेख्ने निबन्ध? कसरी खाए र कसरी निगमलाई टाट पारे भनेर लेख्ने?

गर्ने नै हो भने निबन्ध होइन बरू त्यसको ठाउँमा निगमलाई छिटोभन्दा छिटो बन्द कसरी गर्ने त्यसबारे राय बुझन प्रतियोगिता गरे हुन्छ। जान्ने-सुन्नेहरूको सुझाव बटुले हुन्छ।

जहाज-सहाज छैन फूर्ति गर्नुपर्छ लण्डन र 'साकाको,दुबई र शाङ्घाईको। यसैकारण मानिसहरू भन्ने गर्छन् नो बोइङ, ह्वोयर गोइङ?

वास्तवमा त्यसविषयमा तथ्य कुरा के थियो भने-चाइना सावथ वेस्ट एयरलाइन्सको जहाज भाडामा शाही नेपाल वायुसेवा निगमले लिएको थियो । सो को भाडा लिएको समय समाप्त भएकोले समय बढाउनुपर्ने वा अन्य कुनै बन्दोबस्त गर्नु आवश्यक थियो । सो विमान भाडामा लिएकै अवस्थामा निगमको आवश्यकतालाई विचार गर्दा बोइङ जहाजको ७५७ सिरिजको जहाज लिनुभन्दा ७६७ सिरिजको जहाज लिने र त्यो जहाज ठूलो आकारको, धेरै यात्रु ओर्सार्न सक्ने हुनाले ठीक हुने कुरा एकातिर थियो भने अर्कातिर त्यसबारे पहिले पनि केही गृहकार्य निगमभित्र भइसकेको थियो । चाइना सावथ वेस्टसँग सकिन लाग्दाको अवस्थासम्ममा पनि नयाँ ७६७ सिरिजको जहाजको भाडा प्रक्रिया अर्थात टेन्डर माग गर्ने, मूल्यांकन गर्ने आदि काम सकिएको थिएन ।

जहाज भाडामा लिने विषयबारे विचार गर्दा चलिरहेको जहाज एकदिन पनि खाली रहन नहुने अन्यथा यात्रुहरुको लागि अग्रिम बुकिङ गर्न नसकिनेदेखि लिएर कतिपय अन्य समस्याहरु भएकोले एउटा जहाजको भाडाको म्याद सकिने बित्तिकै अर्को जहाज ल्याक्ष्नु र त्यो चालु हालतमा राख्न सकिने खालको हुनु अत्यन्त आवश्यक भएकाले अन्तिम अवस्थासम्ममा पनि सिरिज ७६७ को जहाजको खरिद प्रक्रिया पूरा नहुँदा चालू अवस्थामा रहेको चाइना साउथ-वेस्टको ७५७ को जहाजको लिज सम्झौता बढाउनु आवश्यक थियो । त्यसैकारणले एकातिर चाइना साउथ-वेस्ट एयरलाइन्सको भाडाको म्याद अर्को एक वर्षा लागि बढाइयो भने यसैबीचमा लाउडा एयरका स्थानीय एजेन्टको प्रस्ताव अनुसार निगमको सञ्चालक समितिका सदस्यलाई भियनामा बोइङ सिरिज ७६७ को अर्को जहाज भाडामा लिन पनि पठाइयो । एक दिनको फरकमा एकातिर ७५७ सिरिजको जहाज चाइना साउथ वेस्ट एयरलाइन्ससित भाडामा एक वर्षो लागि म्याद बढाएर लिइयो भने अर्कोतिर फेरि लाउडा एयरको ७६७ सिरिजको अर्को जहाजलाई पनि भाडामा लिइयो । निगमको व्यापारको स्थिति हेर्दा यी दुवै जहाजका लागि आर्थिक रुपले पर्याप्त यात्री थिएनन् । यसरी आवश्यक नै नभएको जहाज ल्याएर निगमलाई जानाजान घाटामा पार्ने काम स्थानीय कमिसन एजेन्टको सिफारिस र साँठगाँठमा भएको थियो र यसमा मोटो रकमको लेनदेन भएको आशंकामा आयोगले अनुसन्धान थालेको थियो । त्यसो त सञ्चालक समितिलाई यस विषयमा निर्णय गर्ने पूर्ण अधिकार थियो,तर पर्यटनमन्त्रीले पर्दा पछाडिबाट सम्पूर्ण खेल खेलिरहेका थिए र यस काममा प्रधानमन्त्री (गिरिजाप्रसाद कोइराला) को पनि सम्लग्नता थियो । उहाँको मन्त्रिमन्डलले नै लाउडा एयरको जहाज खरिदका लागि विदेशी विनिमयको सटही सुविधा दिने निर्णय गरेको थियो । त्यस्तो सटही सुविधा दिने विषय वास्तवमा मन्त्रालयबाट नै हुन सक्ने भएकोले त्यसलाई क्याविनेटसम्म पुर्याएर निर्णय गराउनु आवश्यक थिएन । यसमा नराम्रो साँठगाँठको गन्ध आइरहेको थियो ।

नोट : - अख्तियार आयोगका तत्कालिन प्रमुख आयुक्त सुर्यनाथ उपाध्यायद्दारा लिखित " अख्तियारमा ६ बर्ष " पुस्तकको एक अंश जसले २०५७ सालाम घटित लाउडा विमान काण्डमा तत्कालिन प्रधानमन्त्रीको समेत हात रहेको प्रष्टाउँछ ।

हामी सबैलाई थाहा भएकै कुरा हो रगतले अक्सिजन र पोषण तत्वहरु शरिरको विभिन्न भागमा भेसल र आर्टरीद्दारा पुर्याउने काम गर्दछ । ब्लड प्रेसर भनेको रगत बहदा रक्तवाहिनी नलीहरुका भित्तामा रगतले पारेको दबाब हो , अर्थात रगत जुन फोर्सले बहेको छ त्यसलाई ब्लड प्रेसर भनिन्छ ।

प्रत्येक चोटी मुटु धड्कीदा मुटुले रक्तनलीहरुद्दारा रगत पठाउने काम गरिरहेको हुन्छ । (मुटु धड्कीनु भनेको मुटुले रगत पम्प आउट गर्नु हो र स्थिर अवस्थामा रहदा स्वस्थ व्यक्तिको मुटु एक मिनेटमा ६०-७० चोटि धड्कीन्छ )जब मुटु धड्कीन्छ त्यो बेला रगतको वहाव तिव्र भै दबाब बढेको हुन्छ जसलाई सिस्टोलिक (Systolic)प्रेसर भनिन्छ । जब मुटु आरामदय अवस्थामा हुन्छ (नधड्कीदाखेरी) रगतको दबाब घट्दछ जसलाई डायलोस्टिक (Dialostic) प्रेसर भनिन्छ ।

120/80 mm of Hg लाई नर्मल प्रेसरको रुपमा मानिन्छ जसमा माथिल्लो अंक 120 systolic pressure हो भने तल्लो अंक 80 dialostic pressure हो ।

ब्लड प्रेसर सधै एकनासको हुदैन । सुतेको बेला यो low हुन्छ भने उठ्दा केही high हुन्छ । व्यायाम गर्दा , उत्तेजनामा साथै active condition मा रहदा blood pressure change भै रहेको हुन्छ ।

- through the use of FTP, larger files can be sended and received.

SMTP - to send mail

POP 3 - to receive mail

DNS - Domain Name Service

- If you can ping a device with an IP address but cannot use is Fully Qualified Domain System (FQDN) , then you might have some type of DNS configuration failure.

DHCP - Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol

- DHCP is connectionless which means it uses User Datagram Protocol (UDP) at the transport layer.

What is Ethernet ? - ether means media and net means network .

Ethernet is a media for network to share the same bandwidth by all hosts on the networks.

Ethernet is popular because it is comparatively easy to integrate new technologies, such as fast ethernet, gigabit ethernet in to an existing network infrastructure.

Relationship of ethernet with CSMA/CD

Ethernet uses Carrier Sense Multiple Access with Collision Detection (CSMA/CD), a protocol that helps devices share the bandwidth evenly without having two devices transmit at the same time on the network medium.

How CSMA/CD works ?

When a host wants to transmit over the network, it first checks for the presense of a digital signal on the wire. If all is clear (no other host is transmitting), the host will then proceed with its transmission. But it doesn't stop there.

The transmitting host constantly monitors the wire, to make sure no other hosts begin transmitting. If the host detects another signal on the wire, it sends out a busy signal on the segment to stop sending data. The another host will now wait for a while.

Why ISO launched OSI reference model ?

When networks first came in to being, computers could typically communicate only with computers from the same manufacturer. To eradicate this problem , International Organization for Standarization (ISO) created a reference model named as Open System Interconnection (OSI) in 1970.

The purpose of OSI model was to help vendors create compatible network devices and software in the form of protocols so that different vendor networks could work with each other.

The advantages of OSI model-

Data transferring can be done between two diffferent hosts like in between unix and window pc.

It allows various types of network hardware and software to communicate.

What is OSI in real ?

OSI is a set of guidelines which provides a framework while creating and implementing networking standards , devices and schemes.

OSI has 7 different layers, divided in to two group. The top three layers define how the application will communicate with each other and with users. The bottom four layers defines how data is transmitted end to end.

The OSI model is a basic and primary architectural model for networks. It describes how data and network information are communicate from an application on one computer through the network media to an application on another computer.

How to make one click shutdown icon ????

You can make a shortcut icon through which you can shutdown your computer in one click .

Do right click on Desktop, go to new and then shortcut.

Then write shutdown –s –t 00 in the box and click next. Here s means shutdown and t means time 00 means 0 second .

Now give a name for your shortcut icon.

Your Shortcut icon will be like as shown in figure aside.Now do click this icon to shutdown your computer in just one click.

Similarly, you can make restart and log off icon by typing shutdown –r –t 00 and shutdown – l –t 00 respectively as in above process.

If you are a blogger, then Windows Live Writer can be your very useful software to write your posts offline, rather online. It means that after downloading this software, now you can do everything like writing, editing etc. without the connection of internet. You need net just only to publish it, that’s all. What is the process to download Window Live Writer ???? Here are the steps ….

First of all , do download the Windows Live Writer and then run it. Configure Windows Live Writer dialog box will appear, click the next.

You have to select other blog service from the radio button list if you want the live writer for your blog, then.

The clicking of next will ask you user name and password of your blog.

Now setting up your blog account process will be set up. It sets a synchronization between your blog and windows live writer.

Your blog has been setup dialog box will be appeared after the synchronization process. Here give a blog nickname as shown right and then click Finish.

Now do celebrate since your live writer has been successfully configured.

What if you have more than one blog registered through the same user name ?????

If you have more than one blog registered, then the figure shown in the aside will be appeared in above process,where two blogs are being appeared. Only one blog can be configured at once, so do select one blog and click next at that time. For another blog to be registered to live writer you have to configure again after the set up of windows live writer.

Go to Blogs and then Add blog account to register another blog. Perform the same process afterwards, now you can see your total another blogs……as shown in figure aside.

What if while downloading Windows Live Writer, a dialog box with “ Microsoft.NET Framework need to be installed ” message popped out ????

Simply do install Microsoft . NET Framework and then only do download the Windows Live Writer.

It's easy to add your facebook profile in your blog

1. Log on to http://www.facebook.com/ and go to your profile

2. Scroll the bar to the end where you will see Creat a Profile Badge , click that

3. Now you will see the picture as shown below

....choose your blog and do as directed by it

4. Now you can see the profile in your blog like as shown

5 . You can also edit the facebook badge once you create it .

6. The updated facebook profile with change picture or status will get automatically updated in your blog too. which is a very nice point of it.

7. You can keep your facebook profile badge in verical or horizontal manner as well as in two column pattern. Such can be done by editing the badge.

How to put adsense ads in between post - through this you can add ads in between posts as shown below

Do you want such ads to be displayed inside your article ??? Then the following steps could help you ....

1. Log on your Adsense Account.

2. Click on AdSense Setup, Get Ads tab will open in default

3. Click on AdSense for Content

4 .Click Continue selecting Text and Image ads ( default )

- Choose the format and color suitable for your post and do check Preview this AdSense unit to check how does it look in your blog .

5. Click on Continue and again Continue

6. Click on Submit and Get Code

7. Under Your AdSense unit code: You can see some codes

- press ctrl+A to select all that code and do pasrse that code clicking this link

- paste the code right below Parse HTML and click on Parse button

- You will get parsed code which you have to add on edit html.

8. Click on the Layout and Edit HTML

- check the tick mark of Expand Widget Templates

do remember one thing before doing this save your template by downloading it.

- search body entry in the code by pressing ctrl+F

- Just below this coding < div class='post-body entry-content'>

- do paste the parsed code in precise manner

9. Now, Save the Template.

10. You can see adsense ads inside your article as shown below for an example.

Is it not working ??? May be it is in the process , do wait some time ..............

Note 1 : Certain time can be taken by adsense unit to pop up the ads in your post. So, do wait some time at least 10 min. to see the result.

Note 2 : Only 3 adsense account can be accessible at one time . So do check that also.
